Over the past few months, we have become aware of a large number of people receiving unsolicited faxes relating to one of our clients. We are making every effort to determine the source of this correspondence.

The company currently has in place the following policy relating to this activity.

Spam Policy:
Aurora Venture Communications Group. LLC., (AVCG) and its affiliates, have a strict Anti-Spam policy. Neither Aurora Venture Communications Group, LLC., nor its management or affiliates authorize or pay for services involving spam, nor has it reviewed or approved any statements made therein.

1.       Aurora Venture Communications Group, LLC. does not and will not conduct stock tout campaigns or features about itself or any direct affiliate.

2.       Aurora Venture Communications Group, LLC. has not authorized any such campaigns conducted by outside parties.

3.       Aurora Venture Communications Group, LLC. has not arranged or paid for any such service from any party.

4.       Aurora Venture Communications Group, LLC. will conduct its own investigation into the origination of any and all unauthorized email campaigns brought to our attention.

5.       Aurora Venture Communications Group, LLC. will pursue whatever remedies are available to stop any illegal activities utilizing our name or promoting our company.

6.       Aurora Venture Communications Group, LLC. will not hesitate to pursue whatever legal recourse necessary to enforce these policies.

If you've been spammed concerning Aurora Venture Communications Group, LLC. or one of our clients, we sincerely apologize, but again repeat that not only has Aurora Venture Communications Group, LLC. not sent these faxes or emails, we have not authorized any outside party to do so either.

Unfortunately, due to the volume of calls and correspondence received by the company relating to this issue, we are unable to reply to these calls on an individual basis. We will however post updated information as soon as we can via our website.
